You can request the deletion of your personal data and account on Meeyra.

How to Request

  1. 1Send an email from your registered email address.
  2. 2Use [email protected] as the recipient.
  3. 3Subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  4. 4Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted?

  • ✕Account information (name, email, profile photo)
  • ✕Meeting history and recordings
  • ✕Payment and billing history (except where legally required)
  • ✕Third-party (Google, Facebook) linked session data
  • ✕All personal preferences and settings

Important Notes

  • ⚠The request must be sent from your registered email address.
  • ⚠Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • ⚠Some data (e.g. invoices) may be retained as required by law.
  • ⚠If you signed in via Facebook or Google, data on those platforms must be deleted separately.

Response Time

After receiving your request, you will be notified by email and your account deleted within 7 business days.
