At Meeyra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the conditions described below.
If you have not used your purchased package (0 minutes consumed), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days (including holidays) of your purchase date.
If you have partially used your package, a refund will be calculated based on your remaining unused minutes. For example, if you used 80 out of 200 minutes, the cost of the remaining 120 minutes will be refunded.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window from the purchase date will not be accepted. Additionally, no refund will be issued if the entire package has been consumed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase date. This period includes weekends, public holidays, and national holidays.

After reviewing your request, we will notify you by email within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
